About the Program
Our Strong Mamas, Thriving Babies program is a hospital-based enrollment program that provides new and expecting mothers with a full year of wrap-around support after giving birth at a participating hospital.
Moms are grouped with others who have children of similar ages, creating a natural community of support. You'll receive one-on-one onboarding, join in-person gatherings, get personal check-in calls, and connect through our app — all free of charge.
This is not clinical counseling. It's real mamas, helping real mamas.
How It Works
Enroll at a Participating Hospital
Moms are enrolled in the program at one of our partner hospitals in the Denver Metro area after giving birth.
Get Matched with a Support Mama
We pair you with an experienced Support Mama who has children of similar ages and understands your journey.
Join Gatherings & Check-In Calls
Attend in-person gatherings with other mamas and receive personal quarterly check-in calls throughout your first year.
Connect Through the YANA App
Stay connected with your Support Mama, your mama group, and access resources through our community app.
